Refund Eligibility Criteria for Klapsule Vouchers:

Any voucher purchased may be returned to us within the first three days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid unless the deal is marked as “final sale”. After that three day time period, Klapsule will not refund any voucher and all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print or incur below scenarios.
- If the merchant fails to honor the terms and conditions outlined in the voucher or provides a service that significantly deviates from what was promised, customers may be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are applicable if there are genuine issues related to booking the experience, such as unavailability of dates, failure to reach the merchant for confirmation, or any other obstacles preventing the customer from enjoying the purchased experience.
- If the merchant cancels the booked experience for any reason or vendor has gone out of business within the deal/voucher expiry date, customers are entitled to a full refund.
- If, for reasons beyond the customer’s control, they are unable to redeem the voucher before its expiration date, a refund may be considered. This is applicable if the customer has made reasonable efforts to book and redeem the experience within the specified time frame. Refund Non-Eligibility Criteria for Klapsule Vouchers:
- Our refund policy does not allow refunds for change-of-mind requests after three days days from the date of purchase unless a customer incur above mentioned scenarios .
