Refund Eligibility Criteria for Klapsule Vouchers:

Customers/ Followers: 

Any voucher purchased may be returned to us within the first three days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid unless the deal is marked as “final sale”. After that three day time period, Klapsule will not refund any voucher and all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print or incur below scenarios.

Refund Non-Eligibility Criteria for Klapsule Vouchers:

Form of Refund 

Refund will be issued in the form of a bank deposit equivalent to the price the customer paid.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

To ensure a prompt resolution, please submit your refund request within 3 days of the date of purchasing it.  All refund requests will be evaluated case by case and takes up to 10 business days to process the refund request. Please note that vouchers after expiry date will not be eligible for refund or compensation.
